​​Sara Villani is a community and clinical folk herbalist whose unique approach blends herbal medicine, esoteric wisdom, and somatic practices. With a deep passion for holistic management of chronic illness, melothesia, and our local plant medicines, Jivana is a trauma-informed practice is dedicated to helping others embrace a life of health, balance, and purpose.

In January of 2024 the Jivana Apothecary opened in Milford, New Jersey as a space committed to personal transformation and connection to Nature. It is here that I offer a variety of modalities, courses, and workshops to guide my clients into alignment of mind, body, and soul.
